Keep the number you've got, or pick a fresh Yorkshire one — we only issue genuine Yorkshire dialling codes.

Bring your current number across. We manage the transfer with your provider — typically 1–2 weeks, with no downtime on the day.

Your team

One line per person (or desk). For each, choose a pre-configured desk phone — the Polycom VVX 250 at £50 including provisioning — or a softphone app on mobile/laptop.

Powering your desk phones

Desk phones take power over the network cable (PoE). If your network doesn't provide it, add a small PoE switch or a plug-in adapter per phone — a one-off cost, ex VAT.

One tidy box powers all your desk phones.

A plug-in adapter per desk phone — £15 each.

How should calls ring?

This becomes your live call flow — we build it exactly as you set it here.

Ring everyone

Incoming calls ring every extension at once; first to pick up takes the call. Simple and effective for small teams.

Ring in order

Calls try your team one at a time, in an order you choose, until someone answers.

Menu (press 1 for…)

Callers hear a professional menu and choose a department. Each option rings the right people.
